Technical Recruiter

About the role

Exiger, an AI partner for supply chain and procurement automation, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across its Product, Technology and Government Delivery teams. The role covers software and AI engineers, infrastructure specialists, solutions engineers, technical program managers and customer-facing delivery professionals. It is based in McLean or Richmond, Virginia, with a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle searches from intake through offer and onboarding, working with the Lead Technical Recruiter and hiring managers.
• Define role requirements, success profiles, compensation expectations, location needs and interview plans with hiring managers.
• Build pipelines through research, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities and personalized outreach to passive candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies for government-facing roles, including security clearances, client-site expectations and location constraints.
• Screen candidates on experience, technical fluency, motivation and capacity to learn, and communicate role expectations clearly.
• Advise stakeholders on market data and pipeline results, and recommend adjustments when searches face obstacles.
• Coordinate interviews, scorecards, offer negotiations and onboarding handoffs with Talent & Culture.
• Help run technical assessments via platforms such as Karat and HackerRank.
• Apply AI and automation to sourcing and recruiting workflows while handling candidate information responsibly.
• Maintain Greenhouse records and support internship and early talent programs.

Required profile

• At least three years of technical recruiting experience, owning full-cycle searches.
• Demonstrated success recruiting AI, software engineering, data, infrastructure or related technical talent.
• Preferred: experience with Product, technical delivery and public sector roles, including cleared or customer-facing positions.
• Bachelor's degree required; must be a U.S. citizen and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Applicant tracking system and sourcing tools; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Technical assessments, interview intelligence platforms or early-career recruiting programs (a plus).
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and automation in sourcing and recruiting workflows.
