Technical Recruiter

About the role

Camber is scaling its talent organization rapidly and needs a Technical Recruiter to own hiring across engineering, data, AI/ML, and related technical functions. You will partner with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to attract and close top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own top‑of‑funnel initiatives: design and experiment with sourcing strategies, write outreach content, and continuously improve funnel performance.
• Partner on search strategy: build talent maps, research markets, and develop creative outreach approaches.
• Lead with data: monitor the full recruiting funnel, identify leaks, and use ATS data to drive insights and decisions.
• Scale hiring throughput: help double the engineering team in the coming months through new strategies and execution.
• Elevate candidate experience: provide a white‑glove experience, coordinate scheduling, and manage onsite logistics.
• Test and implement new tools, workflows, and systems to make recruiting more efficient and equitable.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience in startup or high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record hiring engineering and data talent and building strategic relationships with leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, outbound channels, communities, events, and emerging platforms.
• Ability to close candidates, navigate compensation discussions, and move quickly with care.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑oriented mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
