About the role

You will be the talent magnet powering Casca’s technical team, building the recruiting engine from the ground up for a fast‑growing AI‑focused banking startup.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the technical recruiting strategy.
• Partner with founders and leadership to define and attract A‑plus engineering talent.
• Create a candidate experience that turns even rejected applicants into fans.
• Build scalable processes capable of handling 10× growth.
• Source, screen, and close exceptional engineers when the stakes are highest.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience hunting engineering unicorns.
• Proven track record building recruiting functions from scratch.
• Strong network with engineering leaders (speed‑dial ready).
• Technical fluency to evaluate engineering skills without an interpreter.
• Scrappy, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
