About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter / HR Generalist to drive talent acquisition for engineering and technical positions while supporting core HR functions. The role blends full‑cycle recruiting with onboarding, employee relations, and development initiatives, offering a varied and impactful HR experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering and specialized technical roles, from intake to offer coordination.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and job postings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce planning needs.
• Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, documentation, and new‑hire experience enhancements.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, applying HR policies consistently.
• Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordination and content facilitation.
