Human Resources Director – Strategic Leadership Role

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to shape workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness within a global, innovation‑driven environment. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while partnering directly with executive leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and business partnership for large, global corporate functions, especially technology‑focused teams.
• Partner with executives to define and execute people strategies that drive growth, innovation, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and talent management aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR programs, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR centers of expertise and talent acquisition to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent worldwide.
• Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to generate insights, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
• Lead large‑scale transformation initiatives, including future‑of‑work and cross‑functional organizational changes.
• Promote inclusive workplace practices and support diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
• Partner with compensation leaders to assess workforce competitiveness and support strategic compensation planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 9 years of Human Resources experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, relationship‑building skills, and passion for high‑performing, inclusive cultures.
