About the role

Join Georgia Piedmont Technical College as a full‑time Program Director and Faculty member for the Radiologic Technology program. You will lead academic, administrative, and instructional activities, shaping the future of radiology education in the state of Georgia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the Radiologic Technology program under the Dean of Allied Health.
• Oversee curriculum development, accreditation compliance (JRCERT), and program assessment.
• Supervise faculty, coordinate clinical education sites, and manage the program budget.
• Maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations to ensure high‑quality clinical experiences.
• Drive student success initiatives and monitor outcomes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Health Sciences, Education, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography and an unrestricted Georgia Radiologic Technologist license.
• Minimum five years of clinical diagnostic radiography experience.
• At least two years of teaching experience in an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Demonstrated knowledge of JRCERT accreditation standards and assessment practices.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
