Technical CSE & Operations – IoT (French speaker)

About the role

Monogoto is looking for a bilingual Technical Customer Support Engineer (CSE) to help French‑speaking customers deploy and manage IoT devices on its global cellular cloud network. You will act as the primary technical contact, ensuring smooth connectivity and a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and support customers in deploying IoT devices, guaranteeing reliable network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, NAT and perform packet analysis with Wireshark.
• Train customers on Monogoto’s backend, API usage, and admin portal features like reverse access.
• Conduct regular account reviews, monitor network health metrics, and proactively resolve problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle escalated cases and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Contribute to technical documentation and develop internal tools for customer support.
• Support French‑speaking customers for roughly 30% of your time and assist with order management and selective CSM back‑office projects.

Required profile

• Technician degree or equivalent technical education.
• 3‑5 years of experience in technical support, help‑desk, telecom or IoT.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Wireshark for packet analysis.
• TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, NAT troubleshooting.
• API usage and basic scripting.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Zendesk (advantage).
• Kibana (advantage).
• Help‑desk software experience.
