Technical Consultant – Marketing Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Technical Consultant for its Marketing Solutions team in Omaha. The role combines deep technical knowledge of LinkedIn’s advertising measurement and integration products with the ability to support sales teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line technical support for Advertising APIs, Conversion API (CAPI), Insight Tags and CRM Sync.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, develop solutions, and verify unexpected product behavior.
• Escalate complex problems to Engineering Support and collaborate to prioritize resolutions.
• Create training and troubleshooting content for internal peers and external users.
• Assist Go‑To‑Market teams with product readiness and technical guidance for new features.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical specifications for engineers and simplify concepts for customers.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and credibility with cross‑functional stakeholders.
