Technical Call Center Agent – Bilingual French

About the role

Panasonic is looking for a bilingual French Technical Call Center Agent to provide first‑line support for Clearview users. You will handle inbound help‑desk requests via phone, email and chat, ensuring customers can effectively use the product in their daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve technical and service inquiries from customers through multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of issues related to the Clearview product.
• Create, update and close support tickets in the ticketing system.
• Assist fellow agents with unresolved cases.
• Make outbound calls to provide status updates and follow‑ups.
• Participate in special projects as required.

Required profile

• Available to work rotating shifts between 8 am‑9 pm (M‑F) and 8 am‑6 pm (Sat‑Sun), including evenings and weekends.
• Previous customer‑service experience.
• Professional communication in both English and French (French bilingual preferred).
• Comfortable learning new software applications and using technology.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with the Clearview product.
• Proficiency in using a ticketing system.
• General computer and internet skills.
