Technical Architect (Revit)

About the role

DBB Architecture PC is seeking a Technical Architect with strong Autodesk Revit expertise to join its New York‑based design teams. The role focuses on producing coordinated design and construction documentation for a variety of capital‑improvement projects across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Revit models for education, retail, civic, healthcare, high‑rise mixed‑use, aviation and transportation projects.
• Produce coordinated design and construction documentation that meets code and client standards.
• Collaborate with large multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless cross‑discipline coordination.
• Participate in a Revit assessment at a Midtown NYC location prior to hire.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with Revit 2020+.
• NAAB‑accredited degree in Architecture or a related program.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong written and spoken English, motivated, organized and detail‑oriented.
