Team Truck Driver (CDL Class A) – $140k‑$160k, Farmington, MN

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking Class A Team Drivers to pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Teams operate five days on the road and enjoy two days at home each week, with immediate openings at the Farmington, MN service center.

Key responsibilities

• Operate van or double trailers safely on assigned routes.
• Deliver freight between service centers and turn‑point locations on schedule.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate logs.
• Ensure equipment is inspected and kept in good condition.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤ 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition specifications).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physically able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Dependable and able to work a regular schedule.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Experience with double‑trailer operation.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Experience hauling LTL freight (preferred).
