Team Travel & Logistics Fellow

About the role

The Los Angeles Rams are seeking a Team Travel & Logistics Fellow to support the day‑to‑day operations of the NFL team’s travel and logistics department. This fellowship offers hands‑on experience across travel planning, training‑camp coordination, player support, and event execution while working closely with seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Advance travel logistics for away games, including hotel reservations, meeting‑space setup, and travel manifest updates.
• Maintain the Teamworks platform with accurate schedules, itineraries, and operational resources.
• Assist in planning and executing training‑camp logistics, such as hotel/dormitory setup, check‑in processes, and daily movement coordination.
• Act as a liaison between the Travel & Logistics department and internal/external stakeholders, including hotel partners and vendors.
• Support rookie onboarding, player tryouts, free‑agent visits, OTA logistics, and other football‑related events.
• Update operational manuals, calendars, resource guides, and departmental databases.
• Help with budgeting, reconciliation, inventory tracking, and reporting as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• 1‑3 years of experience in athletics, event operations, travel coordination, or a related area (3+ years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Teamworks or similar operations platforms.
