Team Member – Frontline Service Role

About the role

The Team Member is the heart of front‑line operations at Taco Bell, delivering fast, fun and friendly service while supporting both service and production areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and operate POS/kiosk systems accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following quality, speed and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining and kitchen area, including sanitation and waste disposal.
• Handle cash transactions and make change when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old with reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment and stand up to 8 hours.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to obtain required food‑handler certification.

Required skills

• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and kiosks.
• Cash handling and accurate change making.
• Basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 25‑50 lb.
