Team Member – Frontline Service Champion

About the role

The Team Member is the heart of front‑line operations at Taco Bell, delivering fast, fun and friendly service while supporting both service and production areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, operate POS systems and assist with kiosks.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following quality, speed and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining and kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old with reliable attendance and transportation.
• Positive energy, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lb for up to 8‑hour shifts.
• Willingness to obtain required food‑handler certification if needed.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and POS operation.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
