About the role
The Taco Bell Team Member is the first face customers see and the voice they hear in the drive‑thru. You will set the tone for the customer experience, deliver fast, fun, and friendly service, and help bring Taco Bell’s flavors to life in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take customer orders and prepare food according to Taco Bell standards.
- Assist in resolving service or food issues promptly.
- Maintain food‑safety standards and a clean, safe work and dining environment.
- Clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds as needed.
- Stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb, and stoop for the majority of the shift.
Required profile
- Friendly, helpful attitude with a clean and tidy appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and pay attention to detail.
- Positive work habits and willingness to learn and grow.
