Team Lead – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Team Lead to oversee daily operations at our Los Angeles flagship store. Reporting to Retail Management, you will ensure a premium experience for both customers and employees while upholding the brand’s ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and host VIP clients.
• Maintain store cleanliness, ambience, and visual standards using daily checklists.
• Supervise the sales floor, enforce brand language, styling guidelines, and company values.
• Produce daily performance reports for senior management.
• Implement cross‑training, monitor break coverage, and refine operational processes.
• Act as the door host, manage store traffic, and communicate virtual queue information.
• Foster team spirit, provide coaching, and recognize employee contributions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail experience (minimum 1 year).
• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and resolve conflicts.
• Strong decision‑making skills in high‑pressure situations.
