About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville seeks a Teaching Assistant Professor of Management to join its College of Business. This non‑tenure‑track, fixed‑term faculty position focuses on delivering high‑quality undergraduate instruction and contributing to the department’s research and service missions.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate Management courses, including lectures, labs, and discussion sections.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Advise and mentor students on academic and career matters.
• Engage in scholarly research and disseminate findings through publications and conferences.
• Participate in departmental service, committees, and community outreach.

Required profile

• Ph.D. or ABD in Management or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate level.
