About the role

PwC Private is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to support privately‑owned businesses throughout their lifecycle. You will advise on audit, tax compliance and planning, helping clients improve operational efficiency while focusing on strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax advisory engagements for private companies, delivering innovative solutions and technology‑enabled outcomes.
• Provide audit, tax compliance and planning services to enhance client efficiency.
• Support wealth management, cash‑flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.
• Encourage inclusive team discussions and give voice to all members.
• Navigate ambiguous, unstructured problems and deliver clear recommendations.
• Coach and mentor colleagues at all levels through open, candid conversations.
• Balance big‑picture thinking with detailed execution.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs and propose proactive solutions.
• Contribute technical tax knowledge within the area of specialism.
• Manage cross‑border and diverse team engagements.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.
