Tax Senior Associate - Private Client Services

About the role

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join its Private Client Services (PCS) team. The role involves delivering high‑quality tax consulting, compliance, and planning services to high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise multiple engagements covering consulting, compliance, and tax planning.
• Prepare federal, state, multi‑state, and international income tax returns.
• Conduct research and develop tax strategies in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with clients under the direction of the Manager.
• Collaborate as part of an integrated team.
• Assist in training and mentoring interns and junior associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or a mix of public/private practice.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and entities.
