Join PwC's Tax practice in San Antonio as a Winter 2027 Tax Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in tax consulting, supporting teams that deliver tailored advice, compliance, and planning solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tax teams in preparing corporate tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Research and analyze complex tax regulations to help optimize client tax positions.
• Support international and multistate tax planning activities.
• Contribute to the development of tax models, structures, and provisions.
• Apply data‑analytics techniques to identify tax‑optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preference for 3.5 GPA).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before full‑time start.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
