Tax Consultant

About the role

Join a leading consulting practice as a Tax Consultant, working in small, collaborative teams to deliver high‑impact tax solutions for clients. You will be involved in every stage of the engagement, from data gathering to presenting actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Work in teams of 3‑5 consultants to collect and analyze client information.
• Formulate and test hypotheses related to tax strategies.
• Develop, document, and communicate recommendations to client management.
• Present results and support implementation alongside client teams.
• Participate in formal training programs (up to five weeks) and receive ongoing coaching from senior partners.
• Assist in selecting client projects to build expertise and expand professional network.

Required profile

• University degree with an excellent academic record.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local office language.
• Demonstrated academic, managerial, or professional achievements.
• Leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
• Comfort working with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
