The firm seeks Tax Advisory Professionals to join a client‑facing team in a hybrid setting (Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE) and lead complex tax engagements for high‑net‑worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and multi‑entity businesses.
• Lead and execute complex tax planning and compliance engagements for S Corps, partnerships, and trusts.
• Develop forward‑thinking tax strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee engagement quality, profitability, and client experience.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop managers, seniors, and associates.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client development and operational planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Active CPA license.
• 4–12+ years of progressive tax experience, depending on title.
• Strong expertise in pass‑through entities, trust taxation, and multi‑entity structures.
• Experience advising high‑net‑worth and entrepreneurial clients.
• Proven leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax matters.
