About the role

Holistic Tax Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Tax Accountant to join its fully remote team. The role combines tax preparation with proactive tax planning, supporting clients in achieving their financial goals while collaborating closely with a network of financial advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely individual and business tax returns.
• Organize and safeguard confidential client information.
• Work with the financial‑advisor team to develop forward‑looking tax projections for client meetings.
• Research and answer client tax questions promptly.
• Identify proactive tax‑saving opportunities and contribute to strategic tax plans.
• Assist in refining internal processes to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• CPA license preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant tax experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
