Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Houston, TX

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to partner with hiring managers in Houston, TX. You will guide the procurement of temporary and contract talent, ensuring the right people are placed quickly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Leverage procurement technology tools to move requisitions through internal client processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and data to the supply‑chain team via reports and conference calls.
• Monitor daily requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates.
• Support financial processes including time‑card entry, expense management, invoicing and corrections.
• Maintain focus on market goals, manage competing priorities, and uphold Kelly’s process and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management and talent acquisition, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry staffing requirements.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to deliver consultative guidance.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
