Talent Attraction Partner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Attraction Partner to own the end‑to‑end candidate journey. Working closely with Talent Delivery, you will attract, engage, nurture and assess a diverse pool of top talent, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates from inbound, internal, referral and outbound channels.
• Conduct deep assessments to deliver high‑quality talent and exceptional candidate experiences.
• Build and maintain talent pools in the CRM for current and future hiring needs.
• Submit fully assessed candidates to recruiting partners for matching, coaching and conversion.
• Prioritize top‑of‑funnel activities, support representation goals and enable flexibility for global surges.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in recruiting, sourcing or recruiting support.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of meeting goals in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational, project and administrative skills.
• Curiosity and a passion for learning and talent assessment.

• CRM (candidate relationship management) tools.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from $35.00 to $37.00.
• Overtime eligibility for non‑exempt hours.
