Talent Advisor – Onsite Temporary Role

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to join its San Angelo team on an onsite, temporary basis. You will help drive employee engagement, development, and performance while supporting the organization’s talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Implement programs that promote redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and effective communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver high‑quality services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of HR and staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
• Results‑oriented, hardworking, with strong attention to detail in a fast‑changing environment.
• Effective communication skills across multiple management levels.
• Minimum 2 + years of employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
