Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Corporate Hiring

About the role

ENFRA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for a wide range of positions, from craft workers to senior engineers and executives. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and promote ENFRA as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage candidates for corporate, skilled‑trade, and executive roles across multiple markets.
• Maintain positive candidate communication and uphold ENFRA’s employer brand.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing tools to attract both active and passive talent.
• Create weekly sourcing plans and reports for management review.
• Organize hiring events, attend job fairs, and build referral networks.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines in the ATS for current and future hiring needs.
• Document applicant feedback, track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, source of hire, time‑to‑fill), and provide insights to HR.
• Support special HR projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
