Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruiting for technology positions across the firm. You will partner with hiring managers, guide candidates through the selection process, and promote Invesco’s employer brand within the asset‑management community.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to define talent needs and design multi‑faceted recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified technology talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Develop detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, timelines, and interview processes.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other online databases to source top candidates.
• Post openings on internal/external career sites and niche job boards.
• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives as required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for technology roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technology talent markets and hiring best practices.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and external communities.
• Ability to develop creative, cost‑effective sourcing strategies.
