Talent Acquisition Partner II

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner II will source, screen and recommend candidates for Airbus positions across all levels, from entry to senior leadership. The role involves developing advanced sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment of assigned roles, delivering high‑quality shortlists and managing the full hiring process.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including cold calling, networking and partnership building.
• Maintain job postings across multiple media, manage applicant tracking system data and recruitment reports.
• Support workforce development by partnering with HR leaders to anticipate talent needs.
• Represent Airbus at recruiting events, college fairs and other talent acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment and labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.
