Senior HRIS Specialist (Contract)

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist on a contract basis to support its North America HR strategy. The role will drive implementation and optimisation of Workday HCM modules, ServiceNow and other HR technologies while ensuring compliance and data security.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administration, development, maintenance and upgrades of HR systems, including Workday, ServiceNow and related modules.
• Lead the transformation of the HRIS roadmap onto Workday and ServiceNow, performing detailed analysis of business requirements and delivering system solutions.
• Design, configure, test and support HR processes such as compensation, benefits, absence, time and payroll management.
• Build and maintain reports, monitor data quality, conduct audits and propose automation opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate software releases, and provide on‑call support for issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years with HRIS implementations and full HCM lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
