Talent Acquisition Partner II

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner II to support hiring across engineering functions in Mobile, AL (or Wichita, KS). The role focuses on sourcing, screening and recommending candidates from entry level to senior leadership, while promoting Airbus’s employment value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans, sourcing strategies and pipelines for assigned roles (≈50% of time).
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting: job posting, resume screening, phone interviews, candidate assessment and offer management.
• Research new sourcing channels, build networks, and represent Airbus at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Maintain applicant tracking system, produce recruiting reports and ensure compliance with EEOC, HIPAA and related regulations.
• Partner with HR business leaders to anticipate talent needs and create pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment and labor laws and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑starter with strong time‑management and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools.
