About the role
We are a fast‑growing remote‑first marketing agency looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own our hiring engine. As the first full‑time recruiter, you will report directly to the founder and your work will directly influence our growth speed.
Key responsibilities
- Full‑cycle recruiting for 8‑12 positions per year across paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations.
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche agency communities.
- Conducting first‑round screening calls and written assessments.
- Coordinating interview loops, reference checks, and offer logistics.
- Building and maintaining a bench of pre‑qualified candidates.
- Tracking and reporting on time‑to‑fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer‑accept rate, and 90‑day retention.
Required profile
- 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS, or remote‑first environment.
- Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days.
- Strong written communication skills for an async‑first culture.
- Comfort handling both high‑volume sourcing and high‑judgment screening.
- US‑based with availability during 9 am‑5 pm CT core hours.
