Systems Analyst

About the role

The Systems Analyst will support, enhance, and maintain Gentex’s SAP ERP landscape, ensuring stable and efficient business system operations. Working closely with the Principal Systems Analyst, the role offers progressive development of SAP functional and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for SAP and related business applications, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Perform system administration tasks such as user provisioning, security updates, and configuration maintenance.
• Support SAP transports, patches, upgrades, client refreshes, and functional enhancements, and participate in testing cycles.
• Conduct system testing for new features, integrations, and improvement initiatives.
• Deliver end‑user support and training, creating training materials and documentation.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with Gentex’s digital transformation strategy.
• Collaborate with project teams on system implementations, enhancements, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system interfaces, integrations, and background jobs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system efficiency gains.

Required profile

• Disciplined professional with strong organizational skills.
• Proven experience managing business systems, preferably SAP ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
