Systems Administrator – Windows & Azure

About the role

The Systems Administrator will manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operation of Windows environments, Azure cloud services, and critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and enterprise applications.
• Administer network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, VPN) and monitor performance and security.
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
• Support disaster recovery, backup processes, and business continuity initiatives.
• Administer ERP, CIS, and other business‑critical software, including SQL Server database maintenance, monitoring, backup, and recovery.
• Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, Azure AD) and hybrid cloud environments.
• Support VMware virtualization and assist with cloud migration projects.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, implement cybersecurity controls, and participate in security audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Windows server administration and Active Directory.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience supporting ERP/CIS applications and SQL Server databases.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
