Systems Administrator – Salesforce Support

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator who will focus on supporting and maintaining Salesforce processes for our MX B2B Sales Operations team. The role ensures data accuracy, builds reporting tools, and helps automate workflows to drive sales efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update Salesforce records to guarantee data integrity.
• Create, manage, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce‑related issues in collaboration with the team.
• Assist with the rollout of new Salesforce features, updates, and automation tools.
• Provide administrative support for user training, onboarding, and documentation.
• Generate ad‑hoc reports as required by business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a comparable role.
• Strong ability to develop reports and dashboards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
