Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator will manage and secure the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, identity platforms, and endpoint management tools. You will ensure reliable operations, provide advanced troubleshooting, and support project implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, and core IT systems.
• Package, automate, and deploy complex applications, including Autodesk AEC suite.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user access controls, and group management.
• Support endpoint management, OS configuration, device compliance, and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and security; perform upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, providing root‑cause analysis and resolution.
• Provide guidance to help‑desk technicians and share expertise in cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, and application support.
• Travel to other office locations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of systems administration experience covering servers, identity, endpoint, and infrastructure support.
• Proven experience deploying and supporting enterprise software across multiple offices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
