Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and strengthen core enterprise infrastructure for a multi‑site environment in Orchard Park, New York. The role is pivotal in ensuring reliable, secure, and high‑performing systems that keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Manage virtualization platforms, primarily Hyper‑V, across physical and virtual servers.
• Administer Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Office 365, and Azure‑based services.
• Implement and support identity and access solutions, including Entra ID, group policy, and user environment management.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors, especially Dell Technologies, to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
• Diagnose complex technical issues, prioritize tasks independently, and document resolutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Windows‑based environments and Active Directory.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with technical teams.
