Systems Administrator

About the role

GrowGeneration is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the deployment, operation, security, performance, and continuous improvement of its IT infrastructure. The role works in a hybrid environment, spending three days on‑site at the Greenwood Village office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Operate in a ticket‑based IT team, handling incidents, service requests, changes, and projects.
• Provide infrastructure, operations, and security information to IT leadership.
• Maintain and administer all company servers, storage, networks, and mobile devices to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Participate in planning, execution, and reporting of operational and project activities.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery, business continuity, and emerging AI projects.
• Manage endpoint and infrastructure software, including Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.
• Administer multiple cloud, hosted, and on‑prem environments.
• Report inconsistencies in systems, security, processes, and data to the Director of IT.
• Maintain asset inventories and assist with procurement of new services.

• Excellent collaboration skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle after‑hours and off‑hours support as needed.
