Systems Administrator

About the role

Brothers International Food Holdings is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join its Rochester IT team. The role is fully onsite and focuses on maintaining a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment that supports the company’s food‑production and consumer‑packaged‑goods divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and monitor physical and virtual server environments.
• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Deploy and manage devices and applications through Microsoft Intune, including MDM and endpoint compliance.
• Oversee help‑desk operations, resolve support tickets, and maintain a robust knowledge base.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware, network equipment, printers, switches, and storage systems.
• Enforce security policies, conduct vulnerability monitoring, and perform regular compliance audits.
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
• Mentor junior IT staff and share best practices.
