Systems Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Systems Administrator to join our growing healthcare SaaS company on a 6‑month contract‑to‑hire basis. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our North Palm Beach office and the remainder remote. You will be the technical backbone for our enterprise applications across Office 365, Azure, and the Atlassian suite.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise applications in Office 365, Azure, and Atlassian tools.
• Act as business analyst/project manager to gather and translate departmental requirements.
• Lead new implementations, updates, and improvements while managing multiple projects and stakeholder communication.
• Provide usage metrics, ROI analysis, and production support for assigned systems.
• Develop custom applications, API integrations, and automate tasks using PowerShell or C#.
• Ensure solutions are tested, follow change‑control processes, and stay up‑to‑date with patches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Microsoft systems administration experience supporting 500+ users.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Experience managing projects and communicating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
