Systems Administrator – Data Loss Prevention

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage software, hardware, and networks across all sites, with a focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP). The role provides Tier 2 support and serves as the final escalation point for system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Administer cloud and on‑premise environments, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and domain services.
• Configure and secure Windows devices via Microsoft Intune and iOS devices via an MDM platform.
• Manage DNS, certificates, encryption, backup, replication, and disaster‑recovery drills.
• Daily administration, configuration, and monitoring of DLP tools across endpoints, networks, email, and cloud.
• Act as DLP expert, guiding stakeholders and collaborating with information security to enforce data‑protection policies.
• Monitor systems with PagerDuty, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and provide Tier 2 support for all offices.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing information systems and networks.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and scripting common tasks.
• Independent experience implementing DLP policies and tactics.
