IT Helpdesk Support – Digital Operations

About the role

Join BETA Technologies as an IT Helpdesk Support Technician in Digital Operations, providing frontline technical assistance and delivering exceptional customer service to support the company’s mission of revolutionizing electric aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for hardware, software, audio‑video, basic networking, printing, and other technology issues.
• Use an electronic ticketing system to open, close, escalate, and track requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, including remote troubleshooting.
• Conduct new‑hire training on hardware and productivity software.
• Maintain and install conference‑room audio‑video systems and related equipment.
• Create and maintain detailed IT documentation.

Required profile

• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience administering user accounts and devices via Entra ID/Active Directory and MDM solutions.
• Strong technical writing skills for clear documentation.

• PowerShell scripting basics
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Audio‑video equipment installation and support
