System Engineer – Engine Management Systems (Two‑Wheeler & Powersports)

About the role

The Systems Engineer will join Bosch's North American team responsible for Engine Management Systems (EMS) in the two‑wheeler and powersports segment. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear system requirements and support the full product development lifecycle from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer expectations and business needs to define system‑level solutions.
• Derive, document, and manage system requirements early in the development process.
• Support requirements management, system design synthesis, integration, and validation activities.
• Act as the primary interface between customer engineering teams and Bosch development groups.
• Drive structured development processes through concept, design, production, and operational support.
• Maintain and update technical requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of automotive or powersports engine management concepts.
• Experience working in cross‑functional engineering environments.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
