System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to provide operational, project and initiative support for enterprise IT systems. The role involves handling service requests, incident response, routine maintenance and auditing while identifying opportunities for improvement and reducing technical debt.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, configure, maintain and troubleshoot corporate servers and IT services across local and remote sites.
• Determine system requirements, design solutions and install or integrate new hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents and outages, and ensure system security and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT Architects to design, implement and continuously improve infrastructure.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems/Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of systems administration experience.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell and SQL.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems and computer networking fundamentals.
• Experience with monitoring tools, disaster recovery procedures and IT service management principles.
• Understanding of cyber security and privacy best practices.
