Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience & Insights

About the role

HungerRush is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the reporting, analytics, and cross‑product experience layer of its HUB platform, which includes the point‑of‑sale system, HUB Dashboard, and Mobile HUB app. You will balance the needs of SMB operators, franchise owners, and corporate stakeholders while driving platform stability and modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reporting, analytics, and cross‑product experience layer of HUB (POS, Dashboard, Mobile app).
• Balance distinct needs of SMB operators, franchise owners, and corporate multi‑brand stakeholders.
• Run continuous discovery, staying in direct contact with operators to validate problems before engineering investment.
• Partner in a product trio with Design and Engineering leads, sharing roadmap ownership and trade‑off decisions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate, or retire legacy functionality, treating subtraction as a product tool.
• Understand pricing and packaging implications, collaborating with Sales and Commercial teams.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the discovery‑to‑delivery workflow and champion AI‑powered capabilities within HUB.
• Define data foundation strategy, quality, structure, and governance to enable reliable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager delivering analytics or platform products.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset; able to untangle complex, constrained systems.
• Focus on outcomes over output, making data‑driven trade‑off decisions.
• Comfortable leading cross‑functional product trios and engaging stakeholders.
• Experience with continuous discovery and validation of user problems.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled product development is a plus.
