System Administrator (Cleveland)

About the role

We are seeking a System Administrator to join our Cleveland team at AT&F, a leading metal‑fabrication company. The role ensures the reliability, security and performance of the enterprise IT environment that supports production, quality, supply chain and finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support across the organization.
• Manage integrations between the ERP system and production‑floor equipment.
• Administer Active Directory, including permissions and authentication.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches and updates regularly.
• Develop and maintain hardware and software lifecycle management processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of system changes.
• Collaborate with the external IT MSP, internal management, vendors and customers.
• Assist with audits, incident response and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Windows system administration.
• Familiarity with enterprise environments supporting manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented with good documentation habits.
