Swimming Pool Start‑Up Technician

About the role

Aqua Blue Pools is seeking a hands‑on Swimming Pool Start‑Up Technician to be the final on‑site specialist who ensures new luxury pools are clean, chemically balanced, and fully operational before handoff to homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and program pool automation systems, timers, valves, heaters, and chemistry controllers; test all equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform comprehensive pool cleaning (skimming, brushing, vacuuming, filter maintenance) and monitor/adjust water chemistry (pH, chlorine, etc.).
• Conduct homeowner orientations, explain automation apps, lighting, heating, and filtration schedules, and answer questions professionally.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work vehicle, manage daily inventory, and report maintenance needs.
• Document equipment settings, serial numbers, site conditions, upload photos, and complete daily checklists.
