Project Manager – Home Adaptations

About the role

The Home Adaptations Project Manager leads the delivery of residential adaptation projects from intake through closeout, coordinating participants, providers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, documentation and closeout using Buildertrend and other systems.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, providers and subcontractors, communicating status, changes and next steps.
• Coordinate subcontractor proposals, performance and documentation, escalating issues as needed.
• Monitor project costs, review subcontractor invoices and support billing and closeout processes.
• Collaborate with Functional Lead, Program Manager, Construction Manager and Accounting to resolve technical, compliance or schedule concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, project management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least three years of experience in project management, construction or residential renovation.
• Strong communication, organization, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work safely in office and occasional construction‑site environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to learn and use Buildertrend and related program systems.
