SWD Operator – Salt Water Disposal

About the role

R360 Environmental Solutions is seeking a dependable, safety‑focused SWD Operator to join its Bourg, Louisiana facility. You will work rotating day and night shifts, handling salt‑water disposal operations that support oilfield waste management.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment including pumps, valves, and tanks.
• Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite and follow all environmental and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and truck drivers.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 14‑day rotating shifts (day and night).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper PPE usage.
