SWD Operator – Rotating Day & Night Shifts

About the role

R360 Environmental Solutions is seeking a dependable SWD Operator to join its Bourg, Louisiana facility. The role involves handling salt‑water disposal (SWD) equipment on a 14‑day rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD pumps, valves, and tanks.
• Safely off‑load and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance tasks.
• Accurately record daily volumes, equipment readings, and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all environmental, safety, and PPE protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, and supervisors.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a 14/7 rotating day and night shift schedule.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety mindset.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment quickly.
• Previous SWD or oilfield waste handling experience is a plus.
